All prices are net (excl. VAT). Shipping usually takes place within 1-2 working days. Click & Collect at our headquarters is free of charge. All packages are sent with Österreichische Post AG or DPD.

Online orders can only be shipped to the countries listed, in exceptional cases we also ship to other countries, please send an email to mail@beaunited.com .

Deliveries to Switzerland are processed with Österreichische Post AG as standard. The basic customs fee of CHF 11.50 / approx. €10.00 and the additional customs surcharge of 3% of the net value of the goods are not included in our invoice amount and will be charged separately on delivery. In order for the tax exemption to be booked correctly, we need proof of export from the recipient.

Please note that our packages are shipped from Austria and therefore on Austrian public holidays our customer service is not available and our warehouse does not ship any packages.
